Any regulations and maintenance opera-
tions not described herein must be carried
out by your Dealer or Authorized Service
Centre, which have the necessary knowl-
edge and equipment to ensure that the
work is carried out correctly, maintaining
the correct degree of safety and the origi-
nal operating conditions of the machine.
Any adjustments or maintenance opera-
tions not described in this manual must be
carried out by your Dealer or a specialized
Service Centre. Both have the necessary
knowledge and equipment to ensure that
the work is done correctly without affecting
the safety of the machine.

After each use, disconnect the machine
from the mains and check for any damage.
•
Keep all nuts, bolts and screws tight to
be sure the equipment is in safe working
condition. Regular maintenance is
essential for safety and for maintaining
performance levels.

Once you have finished work, leave the
machine running for a few minutes to
prevent ice from forming in the discharge
chute.
•
Replace any damaged warning and
instruction stickers.
•
Store the machine where children cannot
get to it.
•
Allow the engine to cool before storing in
an enclosed space.
•
Before putting the machine into storage for
a prolonged period of time, always consult
the relative instructions.
Never wash the snow thrower with wa-
ter. The electrical devices may get dam-
aged and constitute an electrocution
hazard.

TRANSPORTING
WARNING! - If the machine is transport-
ed on a truck or trailer, use ramps with
suitable resistance, width and length.
Load the machine with the engine

switched off and pushed by an ade-
quate number of people. If the machine
is fitted with crawlers, load the machine
with the engine running, in the trans-
port position, and use the lowest gear.
During transport, close the fuel cock (if
there is one) and secure the machine to
the means of transport using cables or
chains.
3.8
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
• Safeguarding the environment must be a rel-
evant and priority aspect of machine use, of
benefit to the community and the environment
we live in. Avoid being a disturbance to the
neighbourhood.
• Adhere strictly to the local regulations govern-
ing the disposal of packaging, damaged parts
or any other element which may have an im-
pact on the environment; this waste should not
be disposed of along with standard household
waste, but must be disposed of separately and
sent to special waste disposal facilities for han-
dling and recycling.
• When the machine is withdrawn from service,
do not dump it in the environment, but take it to
a waste disposal facility in accordance with the
local regulations in force.

RECYCLING

Do not dispose of electrical equip-
ment with household waste material.
In observance of European Directive
2012/19/EC on waste electrical and
electronic equipment and its imple-
mentation in accordance with national
regulations, electric equipment that
has reached the end of its life must be
collected separately and recycled in an
ecologically compatible way. If electrical
equipment is disposed of in dumps or
in landfills, hazardous substances can
leak into the groundwater and get into
the food chain, damaging your health
and well-being. For further information
on the disposal of this product, contact
a domestic waste collection authority or
your dealer.
