7.6.2 Wet, packed snow

Chop packed snow using a spade or similar. Then
push the snow thrower slowly forward. Never hoe 
with the snow thrower. Do not attempt to break up
compact snow with the snow thrower as this could
irreparably damage the machine.
7.7

CLEANING

The snow thrower must never be rinsed
with water. Risk of damage to the elec-
trical system and risk of electric shocks.
Always clean the machine after use. To clean 
the machine adhere to the instructions provided
below:
Stop the motor.
2. Disconnect the electric cable from the snow
thrower and the property's power socket.
3. Clean the inside and outside of the snow
thrower with a suitable brush.
• 4. Check that there are no damaged or loose
parts. Repair/ replace parts if necessary.

8 MAINTENANCE

8.1

PREPARATION

All service and all maintenance checks must be

This manual provides all the necessary infor-
mation to run the machine and for correct basic
maintenance operations which can be performed
by the user. Any regulations and maintenance 
operations not described herein must be carried
out by your Dealer or Authorized Service Centre, 
which have the necessary knowledge and equip-
ment to ensure that the work is carried out correct-
ly, maintaining the correct degree of safety and the 
original operating conditions of the machine.
Authorized service workshops carry out guar-
anteed repairs and maintenance. Always use 
genuine spare parts.

9 ASSISTANCE AND REPAIRS

Before performing any servicing opera-
tions:
a. Place the machine on a flat surface.
b. Take the plug out of the socket.
Genuine GGP spare parts and accesso-
ries have been designed specifically for
GGP machines. Please remember that
non-genuine spare parts and accesso-
ries have not been verified or approved
by GGP.
The use of non-genuine spare parts
and accessories could adversely af-
fect machine operation and safety. GGP
shall decline all liability in the event of
injuries or damages caused by such
parts.
Genuine spare parts are supplied by
authorized assistance workshops and
dealers.
It is advisable to send your machine
once a year to an authorized service
workshop for servicing, assistance and
safety device inspection.
