SAFETY
The slider blades are very sharp! Be extremely careful when using it. Do not touch the sharp
edges and blades!
OPERATION
1.
Place the equipment on a flat even surface.
2.
Slide the pusher back and place the tomato or other product directly between the
pusher and the blades.
3.
Push the product through the blades in one continuous motion.
4.
Remove the sliced product and repeat the procedure with a new one if necessary.

MAINTENANCE AND CARE

Do not use abrasive materials, metal sponges or brushes, sharp objects or cutting objects, ag-
gressive chlorine-containing cleaners, gasoline, acids, alkalis or solvents to clean the slicer.
Do not wash removable parts in the dishwasher.
