Description:
The Grundfos Zone Control family are non-networked devices intended to be used for
circulator and boiler control in hydronic heating systems.

Caution:
Wire all circuits as Class 1, Electric Light or Power Circuits.
Wiring Connections:
> All electrical connections must be made using copper wire only
> 12-16 AWG wire is recommended for 120VAC connections
> 12-22 AWG wire for thermostat connections

> Do not remove factory installed jumper between ZCCP & L1
> Attach low voltage thermostat leads to respective thermostat
terminals T1R1 & T1W1, if thermostat requires voltage use 24AC
C terminal
> Attach circulator leads to respective terminals (LC1 & NC1)
> Connect isolation end switch (terminals X1 & ZRX2) to TT
terminals on boiler aquastat
> Select priority switch setting
> Connect supply voltage to terminals (N & L1)
