The Vantage Slicer with the grating function has the same design as the stan-
dard model without the graters and is used in the same way to slice, make
Julienne cuts and adjust the thickness of the cut.
Changing the graters

and push to release the grater or the smooth plate (1).

SETTINg uP A gRATINg PlATE
Place the mandoline on its feet, the right side up. Adjust the
guide plate in the high position and tighten the tighe-
ning knobs well. Place the grater in the hole (1) and press at
the level of the 2 marks on the edges to block it (2).
