• We do not recommend placing the VANTAGE Mandoline in the
dishwasher.
• The blades are made with stainless steel cutlery; washing them by
hand will extend their lifespan. You can use a brush to clean between
the teeth of the Julienne combs.
• The blades can also be sharpened.
• Grating plates of model 2017.30: the graters are made of stainless
steel and polypropylene; they can be washed in the dishwasher, but
washing them by hand will extend their lifespan. A brush with soft
bristles can be used to clean between the teeth of the blade attach-
ments.
• Thoroughly dry the VANTAGE mandoline after washing it and
store it in a dry place.
• You can disassemble the pusher to wash it in its entirety. A tip at the
top releases the pusher and separates the ergonomic dome from the
rod and releases the spring. To remove the tip, you need to release it
by rotating to the right. The needles instead cannot be disassembled.
Carry out the steps in reverse order to place back the elements of the
pusher.
• The storage box of the VANTAGE Mandoline contains the Julienne
blades and the graters (for the model with the grating function
2017.30)
• The storage box is magnetically attached to the mandoline's guide
plate.
