How to use the graters and smooth plate
SmOOTH PlATE
Adjust the support plate in the high position and tighten
the tighening knobs well. Position the desired grating plate.
Pass the product you need to grate from top to bottom on the blade
by pressing more or less according to the firmness of the product.
The blades of the grade work in both directions.
Tip: use the slider and the pusher for large amounts of ¬product that need
to be grated (tomatoes, cabbage, parmesan cheese, etc.)
Do not use the slider and its pusher for zesting. Caution: always make sure
you do not place your fingers too close to the grater when you are not using
the slider and its pusher.

COARSE gRATER
Perfect for potatoes, carrots, celery, onions, apples, cabbage, cheese,
chocolate, etc.
mEDIum gRATER
Perfec for ginger, carrots , parmesan, chocolate, apples, etc.
ZESTER
When the smooth plate is placed
in the VANTAGE mandoline, it
can be used to make smooth cuts
and Julienne cuts. For Julienne
cuts, a Julienne blade is asso-
ciated with the V-shaped blade,
built-in the frame. It is used like
the standard mandoline Vantage .
