Working load limit (WLL) is 1.2 t, the direction of use must be axial or radial. If
deficiencies are detected, equipment must be declared out of order until an expert
authorizes its re-use in writing.

When in doubt, do not take risks, and consult your doctor! Equipment for
anchoring is intended for use with other elements belonging to personal arrest
systems (see EN 363). It was subject to tests according to standard EN 795 type 1
and is suitable as an anchor point for one person.

2 - INFORMATION BEFORE USE

2-1 TRANSPORT, STORAGE AND PACKING
If the anchoring is not used, store it in a clean, dry and well-ventilated place,
protected from fumes, corrosive agents and adverse environmental effects.
These rules also apply to equipment transport.
2-2 INSPECTION BEFORE USE
Before each use it is necessary to perform a through visual inspection of the
integrity of this product and other related equipment (fastening elements,
winch...) and take measures to prepare for the possibility of a safe rescue. If the
product is damaged, return it to the manufacturer or to its licensee. Should you
have any doubts regarding the product's safe functioning, or if the product ever
catches a fall, it is crucial for your own safety to remove the PPE from operation. It
is strictly forbidden to alter or repair it yourself; these activities are authorized only
to the manufacturer or an authorized repairer.
Inspect the operational condition of the anchoring. It must not show:
• signs of cracking
• signs of damage (welds, wear, etc.)
• signs of deformation and the trigger of the load indicator

2-3.1 FIXING OF THE ANCHORING DEVICE ON A STEEL SUPPORT
Screw with H M12 stainless steel A4 screw + 1 H M12 stainless steel A2 nut +
1 PAL M12 stainless steel A4 safety nut (see fig.5)

The plate is intended to be fastened with an HAS-R M12 110/28 anchoring
rod + 1 H M12 A2 nut + 1 PAL M12 stainless steel A4 safety nut + an HVU
M12x110 high performance chemical capsule.
Choose a sound concrete support with a minimum strength of 23 MPa [3300p.s.i.]
Drill a hole with a suitable masonry drill, A 14 mm, depth 115 mm.
The hole must be fully cleaned of dust in order to guarantee proper adhesion of the
chemical sealant.
