Place l'oculaire sur le tube du microscope.

Place the eyepiece on the microscope tube.

Switch on the light, then place the blue sample

slide on the stage. The best sample to start with is
the onion sample.
Lower the lens to the bottom using the wheel

and look through the eyepiece. For the moment,
you should only be able to see a blurry pink image.
Still looking through the eyepiece, raise the lens

slowly with the wheel. The image will gradually
come into focus and you will start to see the detail
of the onion cells.
