T-Connector Wiring Kit
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Read instructions thoroughly before beginning.
2. Open the vehicle's trunk and remove
the threshold plate (Fig. 1A). Carefully
pull back the trunk liner on each side (Fig.
1B) to expose the tail light wiring harness
connectors (Fig. 2).
3. Beginning on the left (driver's) side,
locate the vehicles tail light wiring harness.
The harness will have connectors similar to those
found on the T-Connector harness.
4. Carefully separate the 4-pin vehicle
harness connectors that match the T-
connector ends with the Brown & Red wires,
taking care not to damage the locking tabs.
5. Position the T-Connector ends with the
Brown and Red wires between these separated ends
and carefully press firmly together until the locking tabs engage.
6. Carefully separate the 3-pin vehicle connector that matches
the T-conector ends with the Yellow wire. Position the T-Connector
ends with the Yellow wire between these seperated ends and press
firmly together until the locking tabs engage.
7. Locate the vehicle 2-pin connector containing the Red wire.
8. Plug the T-connector's connector contining the Green wire
into this connector, pressing until the locking tabs engage.
9. Locate a clean accessible mounting location on the vehicle
near the wiring harness ends within reach of the white wire and
