SUFFOCATION, DO NOT use extra
padding such as a water mattress, mattress
or pillows inside the playard. Use ONLY the
base mattress supplied.
To protect your child from falls and other
injuries:
• WARNING: DO NOT LEAVE THE
CHILD UNATTENDED.
This product complies to EN12227-1:1999.
WARNING: Always keep objects out of
child's reach. Remove the accessory when
child is able to pull himself up in the playard.
WARNING: Be aware of the risk of open
fire and other sources of strong heat such as
electric bar fires, gas fires etc. in the vicinity
of the Travel Cot.
Inspect the product for damaged hardware,
loose joints, missing parts or sharp edges.
Do not leave anything inside which could act
as a climbing aid.
Always use on a flat, level floor. Keep away
from trailing cords and flexes.
Do not leave anything inside which could
present a danger of suffocation or
strangulation.
Should the padded rim be split or bitten
through to expose the padding, do not use
the Travel Cot. Regularly check the locks
and fittings for security.
When folded, store away from children.
All assembly fittings should be tightened
properly as parts of the body or clothing can
get caught with a danger of strangulation.
WARNING: Do not use the Travel Cot if any
parts are broken, torn or missing.
Discontinue using your Travel Cot when the
child reaches 86 cm in height, weighs more
than 14 kg or is able to climb out.
This cot (which length is less than or equal to
1100mm) is intended for children under
3 years old.
Unlike cribs that have rigid sides, the Travel
Cot has flexible sides. As a result, the Travel
Cot mattress is specially designed to prevent
suffocation. The Travel Cot mattress has a
solid base, a certain length and width, and
is less than one inch thick in order to meet
safety standards. Using a thicker or a
different sized mattress may allow a child's
head to get between mattress and the side
of the Travel Cot causing suffocation.
Discontinue using your bassinet when the
child reaches one of the following
conditions: when the child can sit, kneel or
pull itself up, or weighs more than 6.5 kg or is
over 3 mths old. Your playard/portable crib
, including side rails and bottom pad, must be
fully assembled prior to use. Center hub must
be locked. To remove bassinet: Remove mat-
tress pad, unhook clips from side rails and 2
tubes.
Do not allow young children to play
unsupervised in the vicinity of the crib/cradle.
Do not use an additional mattress with the
bassinet.
