INTENDED USER PROFILE: The intended user should be a licensed
medical professional, the patient, the patient's caretaker, or a family
member providing assistance. The user should be able to read,
understand and be physically capable to perform all the directions,
warnings and cautions provided in the information for use.
INDICATIONS: The DonJoy Sports Knee Brace Cover is designed to To
provide protection to the brace and others from hitting the brace during
contact sports. Providing mild protection of a limb or body segment for
acute and prophylactic care.
APPLICATION INFORMATION:
A) First apply the Defiance or Intrepid brace as instructed in the
application instructions that come with the brace.
B) Pull the sliding sleeve on over the brace while making sure the
DonJoy logo is positioned on the front side of the leg and above
the knee.
C) Minor adjustments may be required to insure the padding is
oriented to cover the rigid portions of the brace.
CONTRAINDICATIONS: None
USE AND CARE:
Hand wash in cold water using mild soap. Rinse thoroughly. AIR DRY.
Note: If not rinsed thoroughly, residual soap may cause skin irritation
and deteriorate the material.
WARRANTY: DJO, LLC will repair or replace all or part of the unit and
its accessories for material or workmanship defects for a period of six
months from the date of sale.
WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS:
• Neoprene supports should not be worn by individuals with known
susceptibility to dermatitis or allergies to neoprene by products.
• If you develop an allergic reaction and/or experience itchy, red skin
after coming into contact with any part of this device, please stop
using it and contact your healthcare professional immediately.
• If pain, swelling,changes in sensation or other unusual reactions occur
while using this product, you should contact your doctor immediately.
• Do not use over open wounds.
• Do not use this device if it was damaged and/or packaging has
been opened.

INSTRUCCIONES DE COLOCACIÓN:

dient zum Schutz der Orthese und anderer Personen vor Stößen
während der Ausübung von Kontaktsportarten. Sie dient als sanfter
Schutz einer Extremität oder eines Körpersegments in der Akut- und
Prophylaxeversorgung.
ANWENDUNGSINFORMATIONEN:
A) Die Defiance bzw. Intrepid Stütze gemäß der jeweiligen
Gebrauchsanweisung anlegen.
B) Die Bandage über die Stütze ziehen und so ausrichten, daß sich das
DonJoy-Logo auf der Beinvorderseite oberhalb des Knies befindet.
C) Die Bandage gegebenenfalls noch ein wenig ausrichten, so daß die
steifen Stützenteile vollständig bedeckt sind.
KONTRAINDIKATIONEN: Keine
PFLEGEHINWEISE:
In einer milden, kalten Seifenlauge von Hand waschen. Gründlich
ausspülen. LUFTTROCKNEN. Hinweis: Seifenrückstände können
Hautirritationen und Materialverschleiß hervorrufen.
GARANTIE: DJO, LLC garantiert bei Material- oder Herstellungsdefekten
die Reparatur bzw. den Austausch der kompletten Vorrichtung oder
eines Teils der Vorrichtung und aller zugehörigen Zubehörteile für einen
Zeitraum von sechs Monaten ab dem Verkaufsdatum.
WARNHINWEISE UND VORSICHTSMASSNAHMEN:
• Produkte aus Neopren sollten nicht von Personen mit bekannter
Neigung zu Hautentzündungen oder Allergien auf Neopren-Produkte
getragen werden.

mit einem Teil dieses Produkts eine juckende, gerötete Haut
