SIMBOLOGY MEANING
Here follow it is clearly specified the symbols and definitions meaning, which will be used in the present document.
DANGER
It shows the danger presence for who works on the machine and for who is the vicinity, so the indicated
activity must be performed in accordance with the actual accident prevention standards and with the
indications showed in the present manual.
PRECAUTION
It shows a warning on useful information and/or further recommendations and/or shrewdness about the actual
operation.
ATTENTION
It shows an operation to perform with attention to avoid damage to the machine.
CAP. 2. GENERAL INFORMATION AND CHARACTERISTICS
USE DESTINATION AND MANUFACTURE PARTS
The vegetables processor here follow called "machine", is designed to slice, to cube and to grate fruit, fresh vegetables of all
known types (courgettes, carrots, celery, tomatoes, etc...) and others of same solidity.
The machine is constituted from an electric motor inserted in a unique fusion (base machine body), in which the motor shaft is
connected to the cutting tool through proper transmission belts.
The food product, loaded manually, can be placed:
1.
within the loading mouth to cube or to unravel or to spline, placed in the machine left superior zone and always
manually, pushing the pressure through its handle, the product is driven against the cutting zone. The product loading
must happen in moderate quantity to avoid that lowing the pressure the machine doesn't start, due to the safety micro
switch placed in the pressure block;
2.
within the loading mouth to cut, placed in the machine right superior zone and always manually and with the help of
the pestle is introduced in the machine neck towards the cutting zone. The pestle is of plastic material suitable for the
contact with food products.
The loading mouth to cube and the loading mouth to cut are placed on the closure cover blocked to the machine through a
proper knob: on the machine is placed a safety micro switch that points out the cover right position.
The machine cutting zone includes its internal zone where some rotating discs can be placed manually supplied of bayonet
joint with the motor shaft and other fixed discs:
1.
rotating discs to slice and grate;
2.
rotating discs to slice;
3.
rotating discs to slice with matches form;
4.
fixed discs to cube;
5.
fixed discs for spline cutting;
6.
rotating expeller disc.
In the machine front inferior zone the unloading mouth is present where exiles the cut food product.
All direct contact materials with the food product are in conformance with the actual hygienic standards for foods.
In accordance with the functioning and production requirements, the machine can be constituted with different optional parts.
The machine is supplied with an identification plate on which the following data are showed:
