1. Rotate the block knob (1) of the
superior cover (2) push the
button (3) and with the both
hands rotate the superior cover
(2)
2. On the rotating hub, insert
before the expulsion disc (4),
checking that the dragging
pivots on the hub insert in the
holes on the disc;
3. Performing working that request
the use of an only disc, insert on
the hub the rotating disc (5) over
the expeller disc (4) (see tables
of the chapter n. 2)
4. Performing working that request
the contemporary use of two
disc, insert on the rotating hub
in sequence the following
elements: (see tables of the
chapter n. 2)
1° - Expeller disc (4)
2° - Fixed disc (6)
3° - Rotating disc (5)
5. Replace the superior cover (2)
rotating it
6. Tighten the block knob (1)
rotating in anticlockwise.
After having inserted the discs in accordance with the working requirements, check of the correct bayonet
hooking of the same in the rotating hub.
The expeller disc MUST BE ALWAYS OBLIGATORY installed, because the discs can work in the correct
position.
For the optimum use of all rotating discs types and the possible contemporary use of the rotating discs
with the fixed ones, consult the tables of the chapter n. 2, listing all possible functional combinations
The disassembly activities perform following backwards the assembly phases previously described.
CUTTING DISCS ROTATION
The here follow operations must be performed from the machine maintenance man (personnel qualified in the
electrical maintenance sector of the industrial machines).
For machines fed with three phase voltage (3 PE AC 400V 50Hz), push the maintained action control button
"
", and verify the correct way of the cutting discs rotation through the loading mouth to cut, comparing it
with the way showed from the arrow (anticlockwise way) placed on the machine cover.
If there is a rotation in the opposite way to that one of the arrow (clockwise way), switch off the machine
disconnecting the plug, disassembly it, disconnect two phase cables and invert them of position.
