T-Connector Wiring Kit
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Read instructions thoroughly before beginning.
2. Prior to installation, test the
correct operation of all vehicle
lighting by turning on the
vehicle's head lamps, tail lights,
turn signals and brake lights.
After verifying correct operation,
turn off all lights before
proceeding.
3. Locate and remove the small
access panels found on the interior trim panels on each
side of the vehicle (Fig. 1A).
4. Carefully remove the rear
hatch threshold plate (Fig. 1B).
5. Locate the vehicle's wiring
harness behind the access panels
removed in step 3. There will be
connectors similar to those found
on the T-Connector harness (Fig. 2).
6. Beginning on the left (drivers) side, separate the 4-Pin
connector ends found on the vehicle wiring harness, taking
care not to damage the locking tabs.
7. Insert the T-Connector harness ends with the yellow
wires between the separated vehicle harness connectors
and firmly press together until the locking tabs engage.
8. Tuck the remainder of the T-Connector into the area
behind the access panel. Carefully pull the left side interior
