MEMO

The electronic "Memo" measures the
recommended time of use of your cartridge
and automatically reminds you when to change
it. "Memo" needs to be reset every time a new
cartridge is inserted.
To start/reset the exchange indicator ("Memo")

To start "Memo" please press and hold down the
start button until all four bars appear in the display
and flash twice. The "Memo" is now set. A small
flashing dot in the bottom right hand corner of the
display will show that the "Memo" is working.

After each week one bar will disappear to show the
remaining cartridge life.

Change the cartridge when all the bars have
disappeared and the arrow starts to flash after
approximately four weeks. A new cartridge should
be prepared and inserted and the exchange
indicator reset as above (please follow illustrations
8.1 to 8.3).
Note: When one bar remains in the display ensure
that you have a new cartridge ready for exchange.
Remember: The BRITA "Memo" is designed to be
used only with the BRITA cartridge range.
