Operating modes
The mode selection keys are used to select the way the unit works, as per the
following sequence:
1. Enter the programming code. By default it is '0' but it can be changed
if wanted (see page 11).
2. Press the "M" key. The attached led will remain flashing and the
display will indicate whether the introduced code is correct or not.
3. Press the button corresponding to the mode required:
Day Mode
* The guard unit can call and receive the calls
from the apartments.
* The calls from outdoor panels are not received in the apartments but
they are intercepetd by the guard unit. From there, the call may be
transfered to the apartment call or to any other.
Night Mode
* The guard unit does not receive the calls from
the apartments nor from the outdoor panel, but
it can call to the apartments (like from any other
panel).
* The calls from outdoor panels go directly to the apartments.
Automatic Mode
* The guard unit can call and receive the calls
from apartments.
* The calls from outdoor panel are directly
received in the apartments and in the guard unit as well, where they are
monitored. They can be attended from there and transfered to the
apartment called or to any other.
OFF Mode
* The guard unit is off. To switch it on again it is
necessary to start the programming sequence
described above in order to set a new mode.
Special Functions Mode (for exclusive use of Technical Services)
* Allows to change the language used to show
the messages as well as to access to program
the telephones.
Notes

The leds attached to every key will light-on depending on the mode selected.
