5.1

Safety instructions

Risk of death due to electric shock
If you deviate from the indicated connection order,
this may cause serious damage or electric shock.
Observe the order: First connect the central

inverter, then connect the optional components,
then connect the supply voltage.
Risk of damage from incorrect power supplies
If you use a power supply other than the power
supply supplied, this can lead to damage to the BPT-
M Touch or the components.
Only use the power supplies delivered with the

product
5.2

Connect the central inverter

Materials required
Slotted screwdriver

5-pin CAN cable with 5-pin M12 connectors on both

sides (included in the scope of delivery)

Procedure
1. Plug the end of the CAN cable into the CAN In port
on the central inverter and screw it down.
2. Plug the other end of the CAN cable into the
Inverter port (Overview of connections below the
display, p. 19, pos. (2)) of BPT-M Touch.
3. If you want to connect more central inverters:
Connect the CAN-Out port with the CAN-In port of
the next central inverter.
