2. Unpacking and Installation
2.1 Prepare
1) After unpacking the case, please read the operation manual carefully, and check whether the components are
enough compare with the packing list.
2) Take out the frame, put it on the floor then lock the casters.
Note: The vessel and frame are assembled completely of reactors less than 20L.
3) Please clean the glass parts to maintain its cleanliness to meet the test requirements before installation.
Note: Glass device is fragile, please be careful when unpacking.
2.2 Installation
2.2.1 RE‐610 vessel installation
1) The vessel (9) fits from the bottom of the middle tray (8).
2) The sealing ring (71) is fitted from the flange mouth of the vessel（9）.
3) Put the sealing ring (71) on the middle tray（8）to make their circle fitted.
