4. Operating
4.1 Caution
Please read this manual carefully before using it.
Put it on the floor then lock the casters.
The best ambient temperature for this device is 5~35 . It will be broken if working outside this
temperature range for a long period of time.
Avoid strong vibration, otherwise it may damage the glass parts.
Please connect the power supply according to the requirements on the name plate.
Do not press the power cord. When there is a heavy thing on the power line or through the
object, it may cause damage to the power cord and cause electric shock or fire.
Please unplug the power plug from the socket to avoid long‐term accumulation of dust if you do
not use it for a long time, if the temperature is very high it may cause a fire.
Do not pull the power cord strongly.
Please disconnect the power supply and unplug the plug when moving it. Do not move it if there
is power to avoid electric shock or fire.
Please clean the glass parts before using it.
When the glass device is connected, the interface should be uniformly applied to the vacuum
grease to ensure the sealing effect.
Please be careful when install the glass parts.
Do not hit the glass.
The viscosity of the circulating liquid must be less than 50cp when the reactor connected with
dynamic temperature control system.
Please start the circulating pump first, then start the Dynamic Temperature Control System.
Do not heating the reactor with steam.
Do not make the stirring paddle rotate at a high speed of no‐load.
Please contact us or searching for technical support when there's any abnormal situation.
The maximum temperature difference between the jacket and the vessel is 80 .
Do not move the device when it is working.
Be aware of scaling! Please wear glasses when dealing with the sample.
Do not move it under high temperature!
Do not refit this device.
Do not use it outdoor. Get wet in the rain or splashing water on the surface may cause
personnel injury.
