2.2.10 Discharge valve installation
Note: Please open the valve (14) before install it in case of damage the vessel body.
1）RE‐610 discharge valve (14) installation
Put 80# flange mouth screw (59) and 80# flange mouth retainer ring (60) on the flange mouth of vessel body (9) and
discharge valve (14), put 80# flange mouth sealing ring (61) on the flange mouth of discharge valve (14), position it in
place, tighten the butterfly nut.
2.2.11 Vacuum gauge and control box installation
Please see chapter 1.4 to find the installation position of Vacuum gauge (4) and control box (17).
2.2.12 Vessel jacket circulating pipe kit installation
The lower connecting joint of the vessel jacket is inlet, the upper is outlet. Please refer to figure 2.2.10.2 to install it.
