the installation, as these can destroy the
valve seals .
The individual components are lubricated
at works .
6.2 Isolating
Close the ZB isolating fitting with a suitable
screwdriver by turning the two isolating stems
clockwise by 90° until stop . (Slot of the isolating
stem perpendicular to the flow direction .)
6.3 Installation of the thermostat
NOTICE
Do not fit the thermostat until all building
work has been completed to avoid damage
to the thermostat .
1 . Set the thermostat to position "5" .
2 . A lign the thermostat so that the indicator
mark is clearly visible .
3 . H old in this position and tighten the collar
nut (do not use excessive force) .
Set the thermostat to the required room
temperature (illustr . 6) .

Do not use excessive force during

to the thermostat and thread .

6.3.1 Limitation and locking of the thermostat
The control range of the thermostat can be
limited or locked to any graduation line, figure
or the frost protection symbol with the help of
the limiting clips which can be found inside the
handwheel .
