INTENDED USE
Your DC520N, DW979 drywall screwdriver has been
specifically designed for driving drywall fasteners
through drywall board into timber or metal framing
studs. It can also be used to drive wood screws or
small point self-drilling screws up to ø 5 mm.
DO NOT use under wet conditions or in presence of
flammable liquids or gases.
These screwdrivers are professional power tools.
DO NOT let children come into contact with the
tool. Supervision is required when inexperienced
operators use this tool.
Dead Spindle Drive Clutch
This screwdriver is equipped with a dead spindle
feature; the spindle does not turn until the fastener
is pressed into the workpiece. This enables
fasteners to be placed onto the drive accessory of
a running screwdriver.
Electrical Safety
The electric motor has been designed for one
voltage only. Always check that the battery pack
voltage corresponds to the voltage on the rating
