Check:
- The circuit type (OC or CC), before connecting the machine.
- That all hose couplings are cleaned, before connecting the hoses.
The recommended hose size is from 12 mm to 16 mm for the inner diameter and between 15
and 30 m for the length. Always connect the return hose 4 first and disconnect it at last (see fig.
2).
IMPORTANT – Do not run the tool return hose through stack or directional valves. Do not use
bio-degradable hydraulic oil!
Notice: Always connect the loose ends of the hoses with each other, if possible. Check the
machine prior to startup and ensure that:
- There are no signs of leakage.
- The machine is clean and dry.
- All assembly parts and fixing elements are firmly fixed, respectively tight.
Follow the steps 1-10 for ensuring the successful assembly of the hydraulic drive unit
together with its components.
1. Assemble the chain links including the tightener and adjust this guide chain on the pipe to
be cut (see fig. 1.1 and 1.2)
- Arrange the guide chain around the pipe at a distance of approx.142 mm from the
intended cut. Screw tight and adjust the chain (see fig. 1.3 –1.4).
