too much foam when
dispensing beer

Beer flows out too
slowly.

appliance is dispensing
warm beer.
The temperature
indicator on the control
panel lights up.
The appliance heats
the beer instead of
cooling it

Allow the Beertender
Keg to cool to the right
temperature. You can
rely on the temperature
indicator on the
control panel of your
Beertender
appliance.

Wait 4 hours before
dispensing beer.
Firmly and quickly pull
the handle down and
forward as far as it
will go.
Use a clean glass that
was previously rinsed in
cold water.
Clean the dispensing
nozzle.
Open the tap
completely.
Allow the Beertender
Keg to cool long
enough in the
appliance.
Use the appliance
indoors and move it
to a room where the
ambient temperature
does not exceed 30°C.
Unplug the appliance
and bring it to the after-
sales center
