OPERATION
1.
Hang the equipment on the wall and correctly place the removable knife holder.
2. The equipment must be connected to a power supply system that complies with cur-
rent safety standards.
3. Open the front door using the special handle, place the knives in the sterilizer, and
close the door.
4. Press the push button and turn the timer. After selecting the required sterilization
time, make sure that the lamp is turned on inside. When the cycle is completed, the
equipment stops operating automatically.
