yourself with this Manufacturer's Certificate and you must keep it for the entire service life of
the equipment.

will allow you to extend the service life of the equipment and avoid injury to personnel.
We hope our recommendations will make equipment operation as easy as possible.
CORRECT USE
This equipment is intended for use in public catering enterprises and is used for the preparation
of specialty foods using sous vide technology.

SAFETY AND MAINTENANCE

• Please read the following instructions and recommendations carefully before using for the
first time.
• Do not touch hot surfaces with your hands. Use the handle.
• Use this device only for the purposes for which it is intended.
• Do not use the device if the power cord is damaged.
• Use only grounded wiring. Do not use extension cords.
• Before removing the device from the water, switch it off and unplug it from the mains.
• Measure the water temperature only using the data shown on the display or on an external
thermometer. Never touch the water with your hands.
• After use, carry the immersion thermostat with care, as some parts of the unit may still be
hot.
• If liquid enters the top of the unit, turn off the power and dry it before using again.
• Do not use the device near open flames or hot objects.
• Before cleaning, make sure the unit is de-energized and the parts are cool to the touch.
• To extend the service life of the device, it must be cleaned after every 20 uses or after 100
hours of operation.
• The device can only be used indoors, with an ambient temperature of at least 10 degrees
Celsius.
• To remove limescale from the unit, make up a weak solution of water and acetic acid and pour
it into the container. Next, run the device. Turn off the power after 20 minutes, disconnect the
unit from the mains and leave the unit for a while so that the thermostat can cool down. If the
device is still hot, do not put it in cold water. Let it cool down to room temperature first. Taking
these steps will extend the service life of your device.
