Manual winding of an automatic movement
Manual winding is recommended for re-starting the movement

when it has stopped. To carry out this operation, turn the crown
for time setting counter clockwise to unscrew it until position 1,
then turn it clockwise 20 to 30 times. The movement then rewinds
automatically with each movement of the wrist.
Setting the time
Turn the crown for time setting counter clockwise to unscrew

it until position 1, then pull it in position 2 and turn it to move
the hour and minute hands forwards or backwards.
