Cause
– Supply pressure inadequate
– Filters are dirty
– Shower ilter seal dirty
– Backlow preventers dirty or leak-
ing
– Thermostat has not been adjusted
– Hot water temperature too low
– thermo cartridge calciied
– Dirt or sedimentation on valve seat,
shut-of unit damaged
– Ecostop safety set removed.
– Flow limiter in handshower isn't
removed
– Filters are dirty
– Non return valve hasn't moved

Remedy
– Check water pressure (If a pump
has been installed check to see if
the pump is working).
– Clean ilter in front of the mixer
and on the MTC-thermo cartridge
– Clean ilter seal between shower
and hose
– Clean backlow preventers, ex-
change if necessary
– Adjust thermostat
– Increase hot water temperature to
42 ºC to 65 ºC
– Exchange thermo cartridge
– Clean or exchange shut-of unit
– Remove Ecostop safety set

– Remove low limiter
– Clean the ilter / exchange ilter
– Exchange non return valves
