Bolt the base piece to the main upright piece and repeat on the other side

Install end caps to both ends of the base pieces
PARTS:
4 X M8 85MM BOLT
4 X M8 WASHER
TIPS:
Upright 80x40 pieces have
threaded holes for easy installation
Be careful not to cross thread
during installation
PARTS:
2 X 40X100 LEFT END CAP
2 X 40X100 RIGHT END CAP
TIPS:
Left and right end caps are best
identified by matching the sloping
side to that on the profile as
indicated

Install 2 x T-Nuts into the front channel and repeat on the other side
REPEAT ON
OTHER SIDE

Install 2 x T-Nuts into the inside channel and repeat on the other side.
(Red dots refer to T-Nut placement)
