The machine is secured against rolling away by means of the parking brake.
The machine is braked by actuating the lever. The lever is locked in the actuated position by
means of the locking latch.
The engine can be turned off using the dead man's lever.
The dead man's lever must be held in down position while work is being carried out. The
engine is turned off when the dead man's lever is released.
The engine cannot be switched off if the parking brake is actuated.
The machine can suddenly trap the user or third persons, cause them to fall over, run them
over, crush or lacerate them.
The dead man's lever is part of the safety system, never bypass it.
It is essential that the function of the dead man's lever is checked before commencing
work.
Any defects in the safety system must be remedied immediately after detection.
It is forbidden to work with a defective or bypassed safety system.
The PTO drive is activated and deactivated by means of the PTO shaft control lever.
Without electric starter (EST):
The PTO shaft is activated by pressing the "PTO shaft symbol" on the toggle switch. The
PTO shaft is deactivated by pressing the side of the toggle switch "without symbol".
With electric starter (EST):
The PTO shaft is activated by pulling out the switch and deactivated by pushing it in.
The machine can suddenly trap the user or third persons, cause them to fall over, run them
over, crush or lacerate them.
Before activating the PTO shaft drive, make sure that there are no persons within the
danger zone.
The engine speed is adjusted via the accelerator lever.
By turning the lever upwards, the engine speed is increased, and reduced when turning it
downwards.
The height of the operating handlebar can be adjusted using the handlebar height
adjustment lever.
The safety catch of the lever is released by moving it outwards. The handlebar can be
adjusted to the desired position by moving it upwards. Then move the lever back to its
original position.
The machine can suddenly trap the user or third persons, cause them to fall over or run
them over.
The handlebar height must not be adjusted when traveling.
