Power Circuit Board (PCB) Access Instructions

To remove power circuit board (PCB):
• Turn the smoker off and unplug the smoker from power source.
• Remove the six (6) screws from PCB access panel and then remove panel and rubber gasket. See Figure B1.
• Remove the four (4) screws that mount the PCB to the smoker body and remove PCB from smoker. Figure B2.
• Unplug the seven (6) connectors. See Figure B2.
To reassemble components:
• Confirm the smoker is powered off and not plugged into a power source.
• Follow removal steps in reverse order to reassemble smoker.
Custom Smoke Element/Probe Access Instructions
Panel Cover
Replacement Directions:
1. Turn off smoker and allow to cool to touch.
2. Unplug from wall.
3. Remove six screws holding outer element panel cover to back of smoker. See Figure 1.
4. Remove panel cover and Insulator 1 from smoker.
5. Disconnect wiring from element connections and temperature probe connection. Remove element gasket.
6. Remove three screws holding temperature probe/element and ground wire.
7. Remove temperature probe from element. Remove element from smoker and remove Insulator 2 from element.
8. Place Insulator 2 onto replacement element and insert element back into smoker.
9. Install 2 screws with ground wire back into element.
10. Place temperature probe into element and install 1 screw holding temperature probe.
11. Replace element gasket over element/temperature probe and connect wiring to element and temperature
probe connections.
12. Place Insulator 1 and panel cover onto smoker.
13. Install six screws holding outer element panel cover to back of smoker. Installation is complete.
