Plug design

Improper change of the plug output direction leads to damage to the
connecting cables.
The plug outlet direction must not be changed, and doing so will lead to the
loss of claims under warranty.
Power plug
1. Use plug size 1; 1.5 or 3.
2. Assign the plugs according to Fig. 6, connect the PE conductor.
3. Connect the brake via the power plug as shown in Fig. 6.
Signal plug for the encoder system and temperature sensor.
1. Use an appropriate plug.
2. Assign the plugs according to Fig. 6.
Terminal box
1. Make the terminal assignment in the terminal box as shown in Fig. 8, connect the
protective ground conductor.
Brakes
- Connect the brake via a power connector (Fig. 6) or a terminal box (Fig. 8).
- Closed current holding brake:
Switching the motor on inevitably releases the brake (24 V ± 10%)
- Resistor short-circuit brake for power cuts and emergency stop:
Switch short-circuit current via resistor R
