INTENDED USER PROFILE:
The intended user should be a licensed medical professional, the patient,
or the patient's caregiver. The user or caregiver should be able to read,
understand and be physically capable of performing all the directions,
warnings and cautions provided in the information for use.
INDICATIONS: To assist cooperative patients that require minimum
support in a wheelchair or while walking. Not intended for bed use.
PERFORMANCE CHARACTERISTICS: Soft-good/semi-rigid designed for
ambulation and/or transfer assistance.
CONTRAINDICATIONS: Never apply a Gait Belt if there is any
compromise of safety or indication of inappropriateness to the patient
or caregiver. If you have skin disorders/injuries in the relevant part of
the body, the product should be fitted and worn only after consultation
with a medical professional.
WARNINGS AND CAUTIONS:
• If you experience any pain, swelling, changes in sensation or other
unusual reactions occur while using this product, you should contact
your medical professional immediately.
• Do not use over open wounds.
• Do not use this device if it was damaged and/or package has been
opened.
• Do not use on patients with post-operative incisions, ostomy,
colostomy, G-tubes, hernias, or severe cardio obstructive pulmonary
disease.
• Do not use product as a restraint.
NOTE: Contact manufacturer and competent authority in case of a
serious incident arising due to usage of this device.
A) Secure patient in wheelchair by wrapping belt around
upper-abdominal or chest area and secure belt behind wheelchair
back.

USE AND CARE:
• Check restraint condition before and during use. Do not use if torn,
worn, frayed or damaged in any way.
• Hand or machine wash with mild detergent in cold water. Air dry. Do
not bleach.
WARRANTY: DJO, LLC will repair or replace all or part of the unit and
its accessories for material or workmanship defects for a period of six
months from the date of sale.

PERFIL DEL USUARIO PREVISTO:

INDICACIONES: Ayudar a los pacientes colaboradores que requieran

diseñado para ayudar a deambular y/o trasladarse.
CONTRAINDICACIONES: No utilice nunca un cinturón de marcha si hay
algún peligro para la seguridad o si resulta inadecuado para el paciente
o el cuidador. Si tiene trastornos o lesiones cutáneas en la parte
relevante del cuerpo, el producto debe colocarse y usarse solo después
de consultar con un profesional médico.
ADVERTENCIAS Y PRECAUCIONES:
• Si sufre algún dolor, inflamación, cambios de sensibilidad o cualquier
otra reacción poco frecuente al utilizar este producto, póngase en
contacto con su médico inmediatamente.
• No debe aplicarse sobre heridas abiertas.
• No utilice el dispositivo si está dañado o el empaque está abierto.
• No utilizar en pacientes con incisiones posoperatorias, ostomía,
colostomía, sondas G, hernias o enfermedad pulmonar cardio
obstructiva grave.
• No utilice el producto como dispositivo de sujeción.
NOTA: Comuníquese con el fabricante y la autoridad competente en
caso de un incidente grave que surja debido al uso de este dispositivo.

Nicht zur Verwendung im Bett bestimmt.
LEISTUNGSMERKMALE: Textilmaterial/halbsteif für Hilfe bei der
Fortbewegung oder beim Transport.
KONTRAINDIKATIONEN: Ein Hebegurt darf nicht angelegt werden,
wenn eine Beeinträchtigung der Sicherheit vorliegt oder die
Verwendung unangemessen/unzweckmäßig für den Patienten oder
die Pflegekraft ist. Bei Hauterkrankungen/-verletzungen an der
betreffenden Körperstelle sollte das Produkt nur nach Rücksprache mit
einem Arzt angepasst und getragen werden.
WARNHINWEISE UND VORSICHTSMASSNAHMEN:
• Wenn während der Verwendung dieses Produktes Schmerzen,
Schwellungen, Empfindungsänderungen oder andere ungewöhnliche
Reaktionen auftreten, sofort Kontakt mit Ihrem Arzt aufnehmen.
• Nicht auf offenen Wunden verwenden.
• Dieses Produkt nicht verwenden, wenn es beschädigt ist und/oder die
Verpackung geöffnet wurde.
• Nicht bei Patienten mit postoperativen Inzisionen, Ostomie,
Kolostomie, Magensonden, Hernien oder schweren kardioobstruktiven
Lungenerkrankungen verwenden.
• Das Produkt nicht als Restriktionsvorrichtung verwenden.
HINWEIS: Den Hersteller und die zuständige Behörde benachrichtigen,
falls es durch die Verwendung dieses Produkts zu einem
schwerwiegenden Vorfall kommt.
A) Den Patienten im Rollstuhl sichern, indem der Gurt um den oberen
Bauch- oder Brustbereich gewickelt wird und der Gurt hinter dem
Rollstuhl gesichert wird.

VERWENDUNG UND PFLEGE:
• Vor und während des Gebrauchs den Zustand der
Restriktionsvorrichtung prüfen. Nicht verwenden, wenn das Produkt
gerissen, abgenutzt, ausgefranst oder auf andere Art und Weise
beschädigt ist.
• Hand- oder Maschinenwäsche mit mildem Waschmittel in kaltem
Wasser. An der Luft trocknen lassen. Keine Chlorbleiche verwenden.
GARANTIE: DJO, LLC gewährleistet bei Material- oder Herstellungsfehlern
die Reparatur bzw. den Austausch des vollständigen Produkts oder
eines Teils des Produkts und aller zugehörigen Zubehörteile für einen
Zeitraum von sechs Monaten ab dem Verkaufsdatum.
