  • Página 33 5.2.1 Beschreibung der verfügbaren Bewegungsmuster Die Bewegungsmuster können im Menü „Experte“ unter dem Punkt „Therapie“ ausgewählt werden. Das Bewegungsmuster PNF orientiert sich am natürlichen Bewegungsmus- ter des Schultergelenkes gemäß PNF (Propriozeptorische Neuromuskuläre Faszilität) Bewegungsmuster. Dies bedeutet, die Maximalwerte in Abduktion, Außenrotation und Retroversion werden zeitgleich angefahren.
  • Página 34 Isolationsprogramm Bei dieser Sonderfunktion sind alle Motoren eingeschaltet, führen jedoch nie gleichzeitig Bewegungen durch. Hierfür startet die Schiene in der Einstiegsposition (Maximaler Adduktions- wert, Mittelwert zwischen Innen- und Außenrotation und Mittelwert zwischen Ante- und Retroversion).
  • Página 36 Dehnung Das Bewegungsmuster „Dehnung“ ermöglicht ein sanftes Dehnen des Gelenkes in die jeweils eingestellte Richtung. Zur Auswahl stehen: 1. Dehnung Retroversion 2. Dehnung Abduktion 3. Dehnung Innen-Rotation 4. Dehnung Außen-Rotation Es wird jeweils ausschließlich die ausgewählte Bewegungsrichtung behandelt. Die anderen Motoren werden automatisch deaktiviert. Ausgehend von der Mittelposition fährt die Schiene zunächst zum jeweils der Dehnrichtung entgegengesetzten, programmierten Maximalwert und danach zum programmierten Maximalwert in Dehnungsrichtung.

Standardeinstellung: 50 % Timer (Therapiezeit) Die Behandlungszeit wird immer rechts oben im Display (in der Kopfleiste) eingeblendet, der Pfeil hinter der Zeit zeigt an ob es sich um die verstrichene Behandlungszeit (im Dauerbetrieb, Pfeil nach oben) oder um die noch zu verbleibende Therapiezeit (Timer ist aktiviert, Pfeil nach unten) handelt.

  • Página 313 5.2.1 Beschrijving van de beschikbare bewegingspatronen De bewegingspatronen kunnen in het menu ‘Expert’ onder punt ‘Therapie’ worden geselecteerd. Het bewegingspatroon PNF richt zich op het natuurlijke bewegingspatroon van het schoudergewricht volgens PNF (proprioceptieve neuromusculaire facilitatie). Dit houdt in dat de bewegingsslede tegelijkertijd naar de maximale waarden voor abductie, exorotatie en extensie gaat.
  • Página 314 Isolatieprogramma Bij deze speciale functie zijn alle motors ingeschakeld, maar maken niet gelijktij- dig bewegingen. De speciale functie verloopt als volgt: • Eerst beweegt motor A gedurende het aantal ingesteld cycli (5 tot 20) naar de geprogrammeerde maximale waarden voor flexie en extensie, en stopt dan. De motors B en C zijn op dat moment gedeactiveerd.

Hiervoor start de slede in de basispositie (maximale adductiewaarde, midden- waarde tussen endo- en exorotatie, en middenwaarde tussen flexie en extensie). Daarna gaat de slede naar de als maximum geprogrammeerde endorotatie- waarde en tegelijkertijd naar de als maximum geprogrammeerde flexiewaarde.
