5. Inspect the laser beam impression on all four strips of tape. Scribe a line at
beam center and beam underside on all each piece of tape. If the
distance-variation between the two lines is less than the specified accuracy

calibration specifications and is ready for use. NOTE: ± 5/16 in @ 30 ft
(7.95 mm at 9.14 m) the level laser beam is calibrated.
6. For slope alignment, the pendulum should be in the LOCKED position.
Press the ON/OFF
the tool. Please note that in the LOCKED position, the laser beam will
flash once every 5 seconds.
