ADJUSTMENTS

LANDROLL CLUTCH ADJUSTMENTS ______________________________

1.
Slacken locknuts [A] and rotate the adjuster so that
the lever [B] just touches the pin [C].
2.
Back-off the adjuster (or locknut) one complete turn
so that the lever is not touching the pin.
3.
Tighten the locknuts to lock the adjustment in this
position.

CHAIN ADJUSTMENTS __________________________________________

To gain access to chains, remove the chain case
cover.
When
correctly
transmission chains should be slightly slack in all
positions.
Check to ensure there are no tight spots.
If adjustment is necessary:
Chain A:
Chain A has self adjusting Chain guides
[D and E].
Chain B:
Slacken nuts [H] and rotate the adjuster [G] in its
slot, either towards or away from the chain until
the Floating guide [J] has tensioned Spring [K].
Retighten nuts [H].
Chain C:
Slacken nut [L]. Rotate guide [M] until there is no slack in the chain and there is no tightening when the
drive is rotated.
NOTE: DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN.
Re-check to ensure that there are no tight spots on any of the chains. Replace chain case.
