7 Assembling the Lawn Mower

► If the LEDs glow or flash red: Troubleshooting,

There is a malfunction in the mower or battery.

7.1

Attaching the Handlebar

► Switch the lawn mower off, pull out the activa‐
tion key and remove the battery.
► Place the lawn mower on a level surface.
► Fit sleeves (1) onto lower handlebars (2).
► Push screw (3) through the bore in cable
guide (4).
► Fit upper handlebar (5) onto lower handle‐
bars (2).
► Attach cable guide (4) to cable (6).
► Push screws (3) through bores (7) from the
inside to the outside.
► Fit quick-clamping device (8) onto screws (3)
and screw in.
► Close quick-clamping devices (8) in the direc‐
tion of upper handlebar (5).
Upper handlebar (5) is firmly attached to lower
handlebars (2) and quick-clamping devices (8)
lie flat against upper handlebar (5).

► Press cable (6) into the holder on handle (9).
► Press cable clip (10) onto upper handlebar (5).
► Place cable (6) into cable clip (10).
► Close tab (11) and allow it to engage.
The handlebar must not be dismantled again.
7.2 Folding Up and Folding the
Handlebar
7.2.1 Folding Up the Handlebar
► Switch the lawn mower off, pull out the activa‐
tion key and remove the battery.
► Place the lawn mower on a level surface.
► Fold up handlebar (1), ensuring that cable (2)
is not trapped.
► Screw in quick-clamping devices (1).
► Close quick-clamping devices (1) in the direc‐
tion of handlebar (2).
Handlebar (2) is firmly attached to the lawn
mower and quick-clamping devices (1) lie flat
against handlebar (2).

Folding the Handlebar

The handlebar can be folded for space-saving
transport or storage.
► Switch the lawn mower off, pull out the activa‐
tion key and remove the battery.
