- Replace the internal mechanism of the val-
ve.
- Bring the pressure to the operating value by
pressing the Inflation push-button 20 fig. 34.
- Fit the cap to the valve to protect its internal
mechanism from dust and ensure an airtight
seal.
- Remove and unload the wheel as described
in steps 11-12 of the "TYRE MOUNTING" sec-
tion.

nflating tube
- Make sure that the wheel on which the tyre
has been mounted is firmly secured to the
turntable using the centring handle 1 fig. 34.
Also make sure that the tool-carrying head and
the bead breaking unit are well clear of the
working area, if possible in a rest position.
- Connect the Doyfe inflator chuck 22 fig. 34 on
the air hose to the air chamber valve stem,
after removing the cap. Inflate the tyre by
pressing the corresponding Pedal 14 fig. 34
at short periods of time.
The inner tube gradually expands inside the
tyre. As this happens, push in the inner tube
valve to let out the air left between the tube
and the tyre; this prevents deflation and any
possible damage to the tube.
- Inflate, taking utmost care that the pressure
shown on the Pressure gauge display 17 fig.
34 NEVER exceeds the pressure levels recom-
mended by the tyre producer.
- Fit the cap to the valve to protect its internal
mechanism from dust and ensure an airtight
seal.
- Remove and unload the wheel as described
in steps 11-12 of the "TYRE MOUNTING" sec-
tion.
