man-made reasons, including but not limited to, computer viruses, damages caused by physical impact,
compression, scratches, scrapes, high temperatures, high humidity, water inflow, voltage beyond prescribed
scope, use of non-MSI provided battery and adapter, stains, corrosion, rust, etc.;
Any breakdown or damage caused by the use of pirated software;
Any scrapes, scratches, liquid leaks, cracks, etc., on the LCD screen surface;
Any breakdown or damage caused by natural disasters and human calamities (such as earthquakes, fires, riots,
etc...
2.6 Points Of Attention For Paid Service
Service charges include the charges for parts, repair/screen service, and shipping.
Due to fluctuation of foreign exchange rates affecting parts prices, service charges may differ slightly from
parts price where you originally purchased the Product.
Your local service center will first contact you to obtain your consent and payment for possible service charges
before initiating repair for eligible Products.
The currency to be used for payment and the limitations of the scope of service are decided by the service
center.
When the service center decides that the Product sent for repair requires a payment, and you choose not to have
the repair service complete the repair, you are responsible for picking up the product sent for repair from the
service center.
A three-month warranty will be provided for parts repaired through the paid service.

If you encounter any problem when using your Product, We suggest that you take the following steps to quickly
resolve the problem:
3.1 Self Diagnosis To Identify The Problem:
a) Please first review the User's Manual and contents of the Software CD included with the Product:
The User's Manual and Software CD provided by MSI contain a lot of information about Product use. The
manual is written from the user's perspective and can answer many of your questions. If your manual has been
lost, you may download an electronic copy from the MSI website.
b) Visit MSI website for support:
MSI maintains a team of knowledgeable and professional customer service engineers to assist you. You may
post a message about a problem you encountered on MSI's Online Customer Service (OCS), and our engineers
will try their best to timely answer your question(s). In addition, you may search on the FAQ section of the
website to see whether there is a standard solution for similar problems.
