3.2 Seek support from the original store of purchase or distributor of the Product:
If you cannot find any solution to the problem with the above methods, you may seek support from the original
store of purchase or distributor as the original distributor should have the best technical knowledge regarding your
system configuration and specifications, and can provide you with any necessary resources and services.
3.3 Bring the Product to the MSI authorized service center authorized
If your Product has been determined by a MSI engineer or store to have hardware problem or defect that may need
part replacement, you may bring the Product for repair along with the warranty card, and purchase invoice or
receipt to the MSI-authorized service center closest to your location for assistance. You may find authorized MSI
service centers closest to your location on the MSI website
to send the Product for repair on your behalf. However, you are responsible for proper Product packing to avoid
any damage or further damage caused during shipping.
Chapter 4: Miscellaneous
This policy shall be governed and construed according to the laws of Taiwan, Republic of China, regardless of
