2) Number of the maintenance form
3) Date of the maintenance operation
4) Name of the machine
5) Kind of interventions
6) Technical drawing (if available)
7) Number of the technical drawing (if available)
8) Minimum frequency recommended
9) Supposed interventions duration
10) Description (also by means of drawings, if available) of the kind of interventions and indication of the
maintenance points
11) Indication of the necessary spare parts to perform/end up the interventions
12) Necessary tools to carry out the interventions (keys, compressed air, gloves, etc.).
13) Detailed description of the operations to carry out in chronological order to end up the interventions in the
proper way. In this section there are also suggestions, warnings and possible dangers connected to such
maintenance activity.
