Select water
temperature
Press the appropriate button to select the
wash and rinse temperatures. Follow the
garment care label for best results. Use the
chart at the right as a guide.
REMEMBER: In wash water tempera-
tures below 65° F, detergents do not dis-
solve well or clean well. Care labels
define cold water as up to 85° F.

Press the appropriate button(s) to select
one or more options.

Start washer

USE
SUPER WASH – Can be used with any
wash cycle to clean very heavily soiled
items. Provides fast agitation and normal
spin throughout all cycles.
GENTLE WASH – Can be used with any
wash cycle to provide a normal agitation
and slow spin. Use with delicate items
including those labeled "Hand Wash."
AUTO TEMPERATURE CONTROL –
assures a cold water wash of 75° F and
warm water wash of 95° F. This option
assures detergent will dissolve and provide
optimum cleaning results.
USE
EXTRA RINSE – Provides an additional
rinse at the end of the cycle to more com-
pletely remove laundry additives, suds,
perfume, etc.
REMIND CHIME – When this option is
selected, an end-of-cycle reminder chime
will sound every 4 minutes after the cycle
is completed. To cancel chime, push the
control knob in, press the CANCEL button
OR set CHIME Switch to OFF. (See pg. 6)
CLEAN LIGHT – When this option is
selected, the CLEAN indicator light will
illuminate at the end of the cycle. If the but-

If Auto Temperature Control is selected
with a Warm/Warm, Warm/Cold, or
Cold/Cold water temperature setting, the
light will illuminate during the first fill.
