COMMON COOKING MISTAKES (IN MULTICOOKER MODE) AND WAY OF SOLUTION
Possible cause of problem
The lid is not closed or closed wrong way, so the cooking temperature is not high enough.
Inner pot and the heating element had poor contact, so the cooking temperature was not high
enough.
Wrong ingredients selection. Ingredients did not match the way of cooking or cooking program.
The ingredients were cut into too large pieces, improper ingredients proportion.

Fry
Boil: broth boiled away (when using peracidity ingredients).

Do not open the lid while cooking unless necessary.
Close the lid until click sound. Make sure that the lid is tightly closed, there are no strange objects
between lid and housing, seal ring is not deformed.
The inner pot should be set evenly into the appliance, pot bottom should contact the heating
element tightly. Make sure there are no strange objects. Always keep heating element clean.
Use proved recipe that is adapted for this multicooker model.
The ingredients, way of cutting, proportions, time of cooking and cooking program should match
the recipe.
Pour recommended amount of water for steaming.
For frying pour oil into the pot so it covers inner pot bottom with a thin layer. For deep fry pour
recommended in recipe amount of oil.
Do not close the lid while frying (excluding recipes which recommend to close the lid).
Defrost frozen products before cooking and drain the water.
Some products need special preparation before cooking: washing, frying etc. Follow recipe
instruction.
Put smaller amount of dough into the pot.
Take the pastry out of the pot, turn upside down and keep cooking till the end of the program. Next
time use smaller amount of dough.

It is not recommended to use "Keep warm" function for a long time.
Quality and properties of milk may vary because of location and conditions. Use ultra-pasteurized
milk with a fat content up to 2.5%. If necessary, dilute milk with water.
