USING THE AC ADAPTER (NOT INCLUDED)
1. This monitor is designed to operate with a 6V DC AC adapter,
sold separately. Please contact HoMedics Consumer Relations at
1-800-466-3342 to purchase.
2. Connect the AC adapter with the AC adapter jack in the back of the
unit as shown below.
3. Use only the AC adapter specified.
NOTE:
• Date and time will need to be reset if AC adapter is unplugged and
unit is without batteries.
• When the AC adapter is your main power supply, make sure the
adapter plug can be easily removed from the unit.
• When using with the adapter, remove the batteries when not in use for
an extended period of time. Leaving the batteries in the compartment
for an extended period of time may cause leakage, which may lead to
damage to the unit.
• No batteries are needed when operating with an AC adapter.
