FDR 55
- Only use the original baskets; forcing the basket into the oil container may create a risk upon removing it
when finished.
- If you do not use the fryer for long periods of time, we recommend applying a thin layer of oil over the
complete surface, even on the resistor and sensor.
- Do not use margarine, butter or lard. They are not suitable for frying since they emit smoke at low
temperatures.
- If overheated, the safety system turns the device off. In order to restart it, unplug the unit and wait until
it cools. Once cooled, re-plug it in and press the "RESET" button on the back of the heating unit. To do
so you will need a thin and long tool.

Before cleaning, make sure that the device is unplugged and the oil is cooled down.
•
If you need to move the deep fryer, use the handles, never the basket or the panel.
