Exterior housing
• Clean the exterior surfaces of the device with a damp cloth.

Rotating plate, turnable cross and metal rack
• The glass turntable and the metal rack must be removed and cleaned occasionally. Wash
the plate and the rack in a warm soapy solution or in the dishwasher.
• The turnable cross should be cleaned regularly to prevent excessive noise development
or a rotational malfunctions.
The turnable cross can be washed in a mild soapy solution or in the dishwasher. Please
remember to put the turnable cross back again properly after cleaning it.
• Wipe the bottom of the oven with a mild cleaning agent. If the floor of the oven is
excessively dirty, you can use a mild cleaning agent.
