SFP pressure products come in two versions. The WA version is intended
for measuring the pressure of ultrapure water and the CA version is
intended for measuring the pressure of high purity chemicals.
SFP pressure products do not have any internal components that can be
repaired or replaced at the factory. The WA version may be returned to the
factory, while the CA version cannot be returned to the factory for safety
reasons.
Any WA unit must be returned with a Returned Warranty Request. A copy
of the Return Warranty Request is enclosed with this manual. Information
describing the problem found with the device must be included with the
request.
Prior to returning any instrument to the factory, contact your nearest Brooks
location for a Return Materials Authorization Number (RMA#). This can be
obtained from one of the following locations:

All flow instruments returned to Brooks requires completion of Form
RPR003-1, Brooks Instrument Decontamination Statement, along with a
Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) for the fluid(s) used in the instrument.
Failure to provide this information will delay processing by Brooks
personnel. Copies of these forms can be downloaded from the Brooks
website www.BrooksInstrument.com or are available from any Brooks
Instrument location listed above.
