carried out by the customer or a third party not authorised there to
by Össur, even the removal of the rear cover will result in for feiture
of the warranty and serves as evidence of the unauthorised
intervention.
2. In respect of products whose serial number and/or data sticker has
been removed, changed or obliterated.
3. In the event of resale, except by an authorized distributor.
OTHER STIPULATIONS
This limited warranty replaces all other warranties and declarations of
Össur's liability made to the customer, irrespective of whether these were
given verbally or in writing and irrespective of which legal grounds they
invoke. The liability by mandatory rules of law on the part of Össur
towards the customer, in particular pursu- ant to the Product Liability Act,
will remain unimpaired.
