Changing the grinding disc
Keep the spanner flat 14 at the motor spindle with a
flat spanner and unscrew the grinding disc.
Screw new grinding disc and hold it with flat spanner.
Initial Operation
Switching On and Off/Speed regulation
For starting operation, open the compressed-air
valve 11 and adjust the speed as required by setting
the air intake.
The required flow can be set with the water valve 10.
Operating Instructions
If there is an unusual noise or if the performance
is too low, immediately switch off the tool. Check
the compressed-air tool and the compressed-air
system.
Do not overcharge the tool. Work with the indica-
ted nominal pressure.
Do not carry the machine by the compressed-air
hose or the water hose.
It is expected that users will adopt safe working
practices and observe all relevant legal require-
ment when installing, using or maintaining the
tool.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Prior to all works, separate the tool from the air
supply.
Always keep the tool clean in order to ensure pro-
per and safe work.
In order to prevent rust and minimise wear and
tear, clean the compressed-air tool 1 after use.
Drain condensation at the air filter 4 and the
compressor 8 daily.
Clean the air filter 4 from time to time.
Ensure that the pressurised air is clean and dry.
Allow repairs to be performed only by a qualified
repairman.
If the machine should fail despite the care taken in
manufacturing and testing, repair should be carried
out by a Würth Master-Service agent.
For all correspondence and spare parts orders, al-
ways include the article number on the type plate of
the machine.

The machine, accessories and packaging should be
sorted for environmentally-friendly recycling.
For this Würth tool, we provide a warranty in accor-
dance with statutory /country-specific regulations
from the date of purchase (proof of purchase by in-
voice or delivery note). Damage that has occurred
will be corrected by replacement or repair.
Damage caused by normal wear, overloading or
improper handling is excluded from the warranty.
Claims can only be accepted if the power tool is sent
undisassembled and with the sanding plate to a Würth
branch office, your Würth sales representative or a
customer service agent for Würth compressed-air and
power tools.
